Skyler is a SkyShot partner in a project management company, passionate about turning dreams into reality. Skyler has managed multimillion dollar projects and has a plethora of project management experience in a variety of industries such as hospitality, oil & gas, construction, solar, and real estate. His diverse experience is a great asset to SkyShot Management as he has perfected the art of problem solving, conflict management, and efficiency. There isn’t much, besides his family, that sparks joy the way he can bring dreams to life. Skyler’s ability to keep the job on time and on budget and build a dependable team provides the foundation to a successful project while instilling confidence and trust with each and every client.
JOHN KLUMPKENS
John is a SkyShot partner in an emerging project management company focusing on real estate investments & development projects. John has many years experience working in Toronto for a real estate development firm and mortgage brokerage. For a long time, John has experience arranging private financing and currently acts as a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Remax Bluewater Realty. John acted as Project Manager coordinating zoning amendments and site plan approvals with the city of Toronto before returning to London to run a family owned contracting company. John leads the firm’s initiative in providing safe underwriting & returns for investors. The firm takes pride in executing dividend payments on time and John works hard to make sure projects are completed on time.
JUSTIN NEWTON
Justin is a SkyShot partner in the newly formed project management and construction company, SkyShot Management. Justin has many years experience working on new builds and construction sites, where his passion lies in framing. For over 15 years, Justin has been framing houses for home builders and general contractors where he has learned to execute exterior framing, inside walls, basement development, fences, decks and more. Though Justin is a skilled carpenter, he knows more than just framing, he understands all facets of the construction process and is geared toward complete project management and general contracting. From setting forms, to hanging drywall, to finished trim work, Justin has the expertise and experience to move projects in the right direction. Justin is excited to be in the home building industry and looks forward to delivering completed projects for clients and builders.
